ABA is helping your child develop and grow into the best possible version of themselves. They’re enjoying their sessions and the activities they do with their therapist. But once the therapist goes home, are there any activities you can do with your child that will continue their progress?
Absolutely!
Engaging with your child outside of therapy sessions in sensory activities is beneficial in many different ways, as it can help with: brain stimulation, social skills such as communication and cooperation, coordination, as well as fine/gross motor skills.
Being a part of their process will help you learn more about your child and how they see the world. And you’ll probably have a lot of fun doing it too.
